This update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions consists of 57 new monographs and 90 updated monographs, including a review of the effects of ciprofloxacin on CYP3A4. New drugs added for this update include: capmatinib, cenobamate, enasidenib, ganaxolone, olutasidenib, pretomanid, tucatinib, and vonoprazan.

For this update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions there are 94 new monographs and there have been updates to 58 existing monographs.
The following drugs have been added: avapritinib, baloxavir marboxil, bictegravir, dacomitinib, erdafitinib, gilteritinib, favipiravir, fedratinib, larotrectinib, lasmiditan, lorlatinib, maribavir, pexidartinib, selumetinib, sotorasib, upadacitinib, vericiguat, and zanubrutinib. In addition, dicloxacillin and flucloxacillin have been reviewed and updated with respect to induction of CYP3A4.

For this month, there are 38 new monographs and there have been updates to 29 existing monographs. Drugs newly added this month include: lefamulin, mavacamten, mitapivat, tafamidis, and several phosphoinositide 3-kinase inhibitors.

For this update, the monoclonal antibodies chapter has been updated with 59 new drugs, and monographs have been added for tenapanor and the chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, axicabtagene ciloleucel, ciltacabtagene autoleucel, idecabtagene vicleucel, and tisagenlecleucel. In addition, the drug metabolism monograph has been reorganised and a new table of examples of possible drugs metabolised by, or affecting, UGTs has been included. In total there are 33 new monographs and 85 revised monographs in this update.

For this update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions there are 37 new monographs and there have been updates to 230 existing monographs. The following drugs have been added: abametapir, berotralstat, darolutamide, flibanserin, fosnetupitant, givosiran, the orexin receptor antagonists (daridorexant and lemborexant), vibegron, and voxelotor.”
